Merge of Spanish subsidiaries

Feralco Iberia S.A. announces the merger of its Spanish subsidiaries (Sulfato de Aluminio S.A. and Tajo Industrial TISA, S.A.) in order to simplify the Feralco Group corporate structure in Spain.
